Thank you to everyone who has supported Lacombe Ringette by taking part in our 2023 raffle.
Lacombe Edge Ringette Raffle Rules 2023
1. The prizes will be drawn in the following order.
Grand prize (1st) will be drawn first
Second prize (2nd) will be drawn second
Third prize (3rd) will be drawn third
2. Winning raffle tickets will only be drawn once and will not be placed back in container for further draws.
3. No one under the age of 18 shall be eligible to purchase tickets or win a prize.
4. Tickets are $10.00 each and may be purchased by cash sale only.
5. There is a maximum of 2000 tickets sold.
6. Ticket sales will end on December 20th at 1700
7. The draw will take place at 1900 on December 20th, 2023 at the Gary Moe Auto Group Sportsplex, 5210-54 Ave Lacombe, AB.
8. The winners of the prize shall be determined and publicized. The winners will be notified by telephone. Winners will be published on our Facebook social media page and our Lacxombe Ringette Association website.
9. Lacombe Ringette Association will be responsible for awarding all prizes and making reasonable efforts to contact winners.
10. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured or placed in safe-keeping for a period of thirty (30) days from the draw date. If at that time the prize still has not been claimed, another draw will be made from the remaining raffle ticket stubs and the unclaimed prize will be awarded to a new winner.
11. Only the prizes as described and approved in the license application shall be awarded.
12. Winners will have a choice of e-transfered winnings or receiving a cheque.
